Here is my customer service story about inexpensive flowers delivered. I had ordered Mothers Day flowers for a Friday delivery (Mothers Day is Sunday of course). When I called on Friday afternoon to make sure they had arrived, to my surprise they had not.(This was the first time in 4 years of using them that the flowers had not gotten there). I called their customer service and received a better surprise. They said they were sorry, and did not offer any excuses, and said they would immediately replace the order and gave me an upgrade on the flowers and an upgrade on the shipping to get them their as fast as possible. They didn't want to do any tracking on the other order, they just wanted to be sure the customer was taken well pleased' The next evening my Mother called laughing. She knew there had been a problem, because of the Friday call, and on Saturday she had received 2 different deliveries, she received both orders. WOW service.
